Singer Portable, a well-known musician from Nigeria, has boasted about his accomplishments so far and promised that in five years, he’d be greater than all of his contemporaries.
In a recent video that has gone viral online, Portable claimed that he had over 400 tunes available online before his breakthrough hit with Zazu Zeh.
He continued by saying he had more followers on social media than most Nigerian superstars. He claims that most well-known people confirmed on social media appear to have more followers than he does purchase followers and fraudulent verifications.
I get over 400 tracks online before I sing Zazu, so check google. E don tey wey me I don dey for this game, no be ten years wey me I don dey sing. I don’t blow now since I’ve never reached a year, but in five years, I’ll surpass all the Nigerian celebs who are currently famous. In part, he remarked, “Go check them I gain followers pass them, dem dey buy am ni, false life, una use fake life destroy una career.”

In other matters, Portable has responded to reports that his colleague Davido unfollowed him on Instagram after he expressed support for Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, and Governor Gboyega Oyetola, who is running for re-election in the Osun state governor’s race on Saturday.
Recall that the contentious artist used his social media accounts to urge his followers to vote for Oyetola in the Osun governor’s race on Saturday, July 16, while displaying the large sums of money he had brought back from his visit to Oyetola.
Senator Ademola Adeleke, the uncle of popular musician Davido, is a candidate for governor of Osun in the People’s Democratic Party and has been heavily involved in the campaign.
Singer Portable has admitted that OBO unfollowed him on Instagram, perhaps because their interests conflicted.
In a video he posted on Instagram, seemingly criticizing Davido, he claimed that, in contrast to “OBO,” who was born rich, he had worked hard to make his father and family wealthy.
