Gyakie, a Ghanaian superstar, has finally released her long-awaited EP project, “My Diary.” It is now available in digital music stores worldwide through Flip The Music and Sony Music Entertainment.

No one should be surprised that Gyakie’s second studio EP is coming out. Since her first performance in 2019, she has continued to do things that are very impressive and inspiring.

Gyakie has never looked back or slowed down. She has released multiple music singles, tried to break records, topped music charts, won numerous awards, played to sold-out crowds, headlined her concert, worked with influential people in the music industry, and become a symbol of empowerment for girls and women all over the world.

“My Diary” continues the beautiful story that began with her SEED debut. This time, it tells about the starlet’s experiences as she searches for her galaxy. Gyakie breaks down the EP track by track to show off her wide range of music, from the mellow jazz symphonies on the first track, “Audience,” to the ragga-like “Waka Waka,” which brings the listening experience to a thrilling close.

Between these two styles, Far Away has the R&B tracks For My Baby and Something, which were both inspired by the famous Banku sound. Then she gets Afrobeats superstar Davido, the only other artist on the “My Diary” EP, to sing with her on “Flames.”

The “My Diary” EP is the best way to see how much Gyakie has grown as a musician in the past few years. She worked hard to meet people’s expectations regarding melodic composition, vocal delivery, lyrical skill, and the ability to tell creative stories.

Fans can now enjoy Gyakie’s new, sweet-sounding, and versatile body of work, but she won’t be resting on her laurels. After wowing audiences in Berlin and London, her next stop on her summer performance tour will be the United States of America. Keep watching!
